  1. look closely at the placard, they are expired!

    closer review of photos submitted usually the placards pictured are expired.

  2. I know you can't allow the use of pictures taken outside of your app, but you could allow all 3 pictures to be taken in a single category

    the ability to take all the pictures in a single "pictures"category and put them into the correct Fields " windshield, tag, vehicle" when filling the report. this would allow quicker intervention and ability to leave the scene.

  3. What should you do if you get caught?

    What happens if you get caught while in the middle of taking photos of the vehicle that's parked in a disabled parking bay without a permit sighted anywhere in the vehicle and you get caught by the owner of the vehicle or by a security guard who sees you taking photos of cars.

    Because I got questioned by a security guard at a local shopping centre recently when he saw me taking photos of a car that didn't have a permit on display.

  4. The app should have the ability to download a photo from Apple or Google photos.

    The app as currently constituted only permits the use of the camera to capture a photo. Additional upload options should be provided.

  5. Lifetime Disability Parking Credentials

    A problem in Indiana and I’m sure everywhere is a disabled person is given credentials that don’t expire. The person receiving the credentials dies and family members continue to use the credentials while they have no mobility issues. It’s wrong, it’s fraud, and nothing is being done about this crime. Can we encourage our Federal Legislators to take a look at this problem?

  6. more of a question, than a idea. if a person is showing a out of state hang tag on their Texas registered vehicle. Is that reportable?

  7. I've now submitted 8 violations in different counties and no tickets were issued. A lot of effort and chance was taken. Better way needed?

  11. Edit parking spaces

    I work at a building with paid parking and a limited number of disabled parking spaces. The app has most of these spaces incorrectly located and shown as free parking. Google has a feature where users can verify information and edit, this app should too.

  12. allow photos of the VIN numbers if car has no license plate along with the state. I have had to let cars go because of no license plates.

    being able to edit a spot or mark for removal if the spot is not there anymore.

    If the operator of the vehicle returns part way through the process and becomes aggressive or violent, is there a way to immediately contact emergency services OR note threats and aggressive behaviors?

  17. Taking pictures

    When I first used this about 3 years ago, you were able to take the photo and save it to your photos and then upload it to the Parking Mobility app. I took the pictures and moved 3 cars down uploaded the photos and pointed to where the car was and submitted it. I don’t see the big issue about this. The car was still there when I pulled up the map and submitted it. Especially when you click on the satellite.
