  2. Site looks like an email collector

    Since there is no disclosure on what cities are currently "partner cities" the site looks like an email collection site. There is no validity to it.

    I understand that if you list the partner cities, the list is going to be really short and that would discourage people from filing reports. I understand you want to use the reports to convince cities that there is so much revenue that they can collect, they should jump on board and give you a cut of the fines. I don't have a problem with that, but no list--no deal.

  6. Why report expired/out of place placards?

    I thought the idea behind this app was to make life more accessible for people with disabilities.. Why are there options for reporting people with placards? That just feels like harassing disabled people. Am I missing the purpose of those options?

  7. false accusation

    what if you reported a violation but didn't notice before a 90 day permit in the the car initially? is there a way to cancel the violation or when violation is reviewed does it just get dismissed?

  8. School parking handicap space

    There is one handicap space at a private school and frequently I have seen an abled teacher park in the spot for convenience. That teacher doesn’t have a reason, placard or any indication she is disabled on her vehicle. Is that reportable? I have seen her do this on and off for over a year.

  9. Multi family apartment building parking garages

    Can complaints be filed for designated handicap parking spots with the private parking garage of a multi family apartment building (located in Orlando, FL). We have designated spots in our garage - you need a transponder to access the parking garage with your car - but we have REPEAT violators parking in the handicap spots and they are NOT handicapped. I’ve reported it to building and we have a periodic security services that gives “tickets” but they are not official City of Orlando parking tickets.   10. I work with 4 military DV that have no mobility isuues (ie sleep apnea, reduce hearing). DV places SHOULD NOT mean handicap.

  12. It is frustrating

    I will uninstall it: I can not understand how to use the app as it is not in my language. lamentable .., provide an application to be downloaded from the Apple Store from my parents, being less available ap-read in my language.

  15. what about people who are harassing legitimate handicap parking citizens? how can we report them when they leave before police can arrive?

    Most police in Oklahoma will not even fill out an informational report or will say it's a civil matter whenever someone is following you around or harassing you about having valid handicap parking if they are gone by the time the police arrive.

  16. Add a close button for smartphone users to your site.

    Currently when accessing your site on a smart phone you have the annoying pop up message about downloading the app. Since not all your sites feature are available on the app and for some things you need to use the site. Having a close button on the pop up will allow people on smartphone to actually use the site now be blocked by the pop up. Very annoying! Can't believe your design team allowed this.

  17. Are our details disclosed to the offender?

    We supply our name and email address does the offender get this information? I recently reported someone in our school car park. Chances are they know me...I just realised they may find out who it was and 'come after' me or my children.

  18. All make sure that the person in the disabled bay is causing a violation as I know many honest disabled people who have been victimised.

    Innocent disabled people being targeted falsely by people who have nothing better to do with their life but cause unnecessary stress and upset for no reason

  20. No sign

    My claim got declined because of no sign. However there wasn’t a sign. The parking spot was only marked on the pavement. So frustrating. Wish there was a better way.
