Why cant I see my comments on a citation?

In the App, go gto the menu, choose 'Status' then click on any of your reports. You will see thumbnail details, including comments. For greater detail, go to parkingmobility.com/login on a desktop or lap top. Once logged in, you can see full details of all reports, including comments made by anyone handling that record. These will be in the History at the bottom of the record.
