All make sure that the person in the disabled bay is causing a violation as I know many honest disabled people who have been victimised.
Innocent disabled people being targeted falsely by people who have nothing better to do with their life but cause unnecessary stress and upset for no reason

I realize some disabilities are not apparent but if they don't have a handicap placard or license plate and they park in handicap spaces they are in violation. Do the work and get a placard or plate. If you can't then someone can get it for you with doctors report of said disability.

Are these disabled people parked in spots reserved for disabled drivers without a permit?

Parking Mobility trains volunteers not to confront anyone and cannot report people at all. The report vehicles that are parked illegally. We recognize and message constantly that many disabilities are not readily apparent.
