    Agreed with the response. I usually have enough time to report without anyone noticing,

    However, last night at the movies, I caught one vehicle and didn’t have enough time to complete the report. The owner was arriving as I was taking pics. I just left without completing the report. I did not interact with him. But he was clearly taken aback and angered by my actions.

  2. All make sure that the person in the disabled bay is causing a violation as I know many honest disabled people who have been victimised.

    Are these disabled people parked in spots reserved for disabled drivers without a permit?
