false accusation

what if you reported a violation but didn't notice before a 90 day permit in the the car initially? is there a way to cancel the violation or when violation is reviewed does it just get dismissed?

    I just walked ty car where a teenager was taking pictures and telling me that my car is not registered when my placard is in the window

    If it is not clearly visible from the get go then that is against the rules of having the permit. It needs to be IN your dash and easily visible.

    If you noticed after the fact and it and it was easily visible, the person looking at the photo will notice.
