reporting someone multiple times a day
is there a limit to how many times we can report a person in one day? there is a person at my office who is not disabled, who leaves and returns to the same spot several times throughout the day. am I able to report them again that day?

Each individual violation can be reported but a vehicle parked in the same location should only be reported once in a 24 hour period.
Yes, all data necessary for a report is collected.
