Multi family apartment building parking garages
Can complaints be filed for designated handicap parking spots with the private parking garage of a multi family apartment building (located in Orlando, FL). We have designated spots in our garage - you need a transponder to access the parking garage with your car - but we have REPEAT violators parking in the handicap spots and they are NOT handicapped. I’ve reported it to building and we have a periodic security services that gives “tickets” but they are not official City of Orlando parking tickets. So if I begin filing complaints here, can anything be done if in a private parking garage for my large apartment complex?
