Got a lot of " could not look up vehicle " responses from my submissions. What's up with that?

Most of mine say could not look up vehicle but there’s a ticket # listed? Did they get a ticket or not?

So what’s the point of taking 10 minutes out of the day to do these if they don’t do any good?

By law, we can only look up vehicle information on reports within partner jurisdictions or from approved volunteers. Your reports in a nonpartner community are critical to helping us get your community on board.
