Yes! Not appropriate 👎. I have a placard and may look ‘able bodied’ but people can’t see my my sciatica that I get Epidural’s for that can keep from even walking at all, degenerating discs, scoliosis, while some days I can walk but after just a few minutes I’m in excruciating pain but no one can ‘see this’. I can’t believe people actually walk by and mumble ‘don’t look handicap to me’. Or, stare & give me a look up and down as to size me up or something as to if I should qualify as disabled?? Same with my bf who was thrown out of her car on the freeway, has a fused back now among many other things. But, we’re both relatively young & keep ourselves fit which makes us look even more ‘less disabled’🙄 to people I guess lol. So, disability is probably an area you want to err on the side of just ‘don’t go there’ lol
