Site looks like an email collector
Since there is no disclosure on what cities are currently "partner cities" the site looks like an email collection site. There is no validity to it.
I understand that if you list the partner cities, the list is going to be really short and that would discourage people from filing reports. I understand you want to use the reports to convince cities that there is so much revenue that they can collect, they should jump on board and give you a cut of the fines. I don't have a problem with that, but no list--no deal.

Sorry to see you go, but if you don't report we can never get the data necessary to get your city on board. We've explained why we don't list our partner communities. There is no evidence that we are an 'email collector' and have never (and will never) use emails for any purpose other than you having full access to the data you help collect.
