We are unable to accept photos that are not taken within the App, or uploads or emails of pictures not taken within the Parking Mobility App because when taking the photos in the App we are also collecting all data necessary for a report. We also ensure photos cannot be altered, thus preserving the chain of evidence, a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners. Without this security measure, the evidence collected would not be admissible in court. Also, if the photos we collected resided on your phone or other device at any point and not originally on our servers, a defense attorney could subpoena your device and hold it for inspection in the event of a trial. Since the only photos we accept reside on our servers, they can subpoena them…we have many.
