    Same in the UK looks like the app is for the USA as prices etc are in dollars. Does the UK market have one at all? Or is it the government don't give a shite here.

    yes,it is setup to be used anywhere. You just need to get the government interested in supporting it.

    I live in New Zealand and am interested in proposing this program in my city. I want to check if the program would consider international use?
