  1. No sign

    My claim got declined because of no sign. However there wasn’t a sign. The parking spot was only marked on the pavement. So frustrating. Wish there was a better way.

  4. seen a lorry-van unloading using disabled bays report them local council as they need special dispensation form to use even in limited space

    it's simple phone the local cancel after taking a picture of them in-situ possibly with the number plate showing front or rear they can do an instant check and the simple truth is most businesses don't give a **** because they stupidly think people won't know they're allowed so they don't bother to buy they're permit for the year and each permit is registered to a particular number plate if they don't have it on display take a picture phone up local council get the email address to send the picture to and they get a hefty fine serves them…

    I am doing open requests for all of the violators and find out if a citation was issued. Most expensive ticket in Texas!

  7. All make sure that the person in the disabled bay is causing a violation as I know many honest disabled people who have been victimised.

    Innocent disabled people being targeted falsely by people who have nothing better to do with their life but cause unnecessary stress and upset for no reason

  8. How to report able bodied person in spot with sticker

    Have seen many able-bodied people with a sticker park in handicap spot. Please add capability to report these people to local authorities.

  12. I've now submitted 8 violations in different counties and no tickets were issued. A lot of effort and chance was taken. Better way needed?

  13. Edit parking spaces

    I work at a building with paid parking and a limited number of disabled parking spaces. The app has most of these spaces incorrectly located and shown as free parking. Google has a feature where users can verify information and edit, this app should too.

  15. You should be able to find the location on your map of the place where you want additional handicap parking, take a screen shot and use that

    You should be able to find the location on your map program where handicap parking is needed. Screen shot that and submit that instead of having to physically be there to take a picture of where you want it.

  16. I know you can't allow the use of pictures taken outside of your app, but you could allow all 3 pictures to be taken in a single category

    the ability to take all the pictures in a single "pictures"category and put them into the correct Fields " windshield, tag, vehicle" when filling the report. this would allow quicker intervention and ability to leave the scene.

  17. it would also be great if we can figure out a way to report altered license plates

    people remove the reflective material on their license plate making it very difficult for license plate readers for tolls and fast-track to read the license plate for violations

  20. Access to camera roll

    I am loving the app.

    I have only request is that the app be able to be linked to camera roll as that way I can safely take photos before leaving and reporting.
