it's simple phone the local cancel after taking a picture of them in-situ possibly with the number plate showing front or rear they can do an instant check and the simple truth is most businesses don't give a **** because they stupidly think people won't know they're allowed so they don't bother to buy they're permit for the year and each permit is registered to a particular number plate if they don't have it on display take a picture phone up local council get the email address to send the picture to and they get a hefty fine serves them right for not bothering to follow the law
