No sign
My claim got declined because of no sign. However there wasn’t a sign. The parking spot was only marked on the pavement. So frustrating. Wish there was a better way.

In most states, a space is only legally considered a disabled/handicapped parking spot if there is a physical sign. Some states even require that sign to have specifically worded text on it. Therefore, in those states, even the police could not issue a parking ticket to someone who parks in a handicap parking spot that is only identified by a pavement marking. If you are concerned, it would be best to contact the owner of the parking area to request proper signage.
