add a way to report non- compliant businesses. example if they have a painted symbol on ground, but no sign.

    If there's no sign then the snow covers the symbols in the Winter here so yeah, I'm saying that if there's no sign then anyone parks there as soon as there's an inch of ice.

    so, you are saying I can park in a handycap spot illegally as long as there is no sign. I gave you proof of these people taking up spots for handycap residents, who are now forced to park 70 feet away from the door. that makes me sick
