  3. Access to camera roll

    I am loving the app.

    I have only request is that the app be able to be linked to camera roll as that way I can safely take photos before leaving and reporting.

  4. allow photos of the VIN numbers if car has no license plate along with the state. I have had to let cars go because of no license plates.

  5. Adding spots should bea lot easier.

    There's too many clicks to do it. I want to be able to add spots in a rapid fire way. Keep me in an "add spot" mode after reach add unless i exit out of it.

  6. Taking pictures

    When I first used this about 3 years ago, you were able to take the photo and save it to your photos and then upload it to the Parking Mobility app. I took the pictures and moved 3 cars down uploaded the photos and pointed to where the car was and submitted it. I don’t see the big issue about this. The car was still there when I pulled up the map and submitted it. Especially when you click on the satellite.

  7. how do you edit an existing spot with new information

    okay let's say I follow the app for a parking space and when I get there instead of just one space there's eight how would I go about editing

  9. question: after you submit the report,and status says " government enforcement" , does that mean it has been forwarded to the local police?

    do they mail tickets to the violators or is this a waste of my time and safety

  10. look closely at the placard, they are expired!

    closer review of photos submitted usually the placards pictured are expired.

  12. Allow users to edit reports if they accidentally choose the wrong violation.

    I accidentally choose the wrong violation when submitting. It would be nice to be able to edit it.

  13. What should you do if you get caught?

    What happens if you get caught while in the middle of taking photos of the vehicle that's parked in a disabled parking bay without a permit sighted anywhere in the vehicle and you get caught by the owner of the vehicle or by a security guard who sees you taking photos of cars.

    Because I got questioned by a security guard at a local shopping centre recently when he saw me taking photos of a car that didn't have a permit on display.

  14. reporting someone multiple times a day

    is there a limit to how many times we can report a person in one day? there is a person at my office who is not disabled, who leaves and returns to the same spot several times throughout the day. am I able to report them again that day?

  15. Used in my city?

    How do I know if my city is using the app? I have submitted violations & the status has changed to "government engagement" there is also a ticket # but I don't know that these violators are being reprimanded.

    I understand that the photos need to be taken in the app to make sure they have not been altered. How about making the app with the ability to at least take the photos & hold them (in the app where they can't be altered) until we have time to go back & finish the report.

  20. Add a close button for smartphone users to your site.

    Currently when accessing your site on a smart phone you have the annoying pop up message about downloading the app. Since not all your sites feature are available on the app and for some things you need to use the site. Having a close button on the pop up will allow people on smartphone to actually use the site now be blocked by the pop up. Very annoying! Can't believe your design team allowed this.
