Access to camera roll
I am loving the app.
I have only request is that the app be able to be linked to camera roll as that way I can safely take photos before leaving and reporting.

There’s no expectation to privacy in public so it would be a far stretch to grab my phone in addition to your servers but I get that I wouldn’t want to go through the hassle to prove it. You might beat the wrap but you won’t avoid the ride.

We are unable to accept photo uploads, emails or camera roll pictures not taken within the Parking Mobility App because when taking the photos in the App we are also collecting all data necessary for a report. We also ensure photos cannot be altered, thus preserving the chain of evidence, a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners. Without this security measure, the evidence collected would not be admissible in court. Also, if the photos we collected resided on your phone or other device at any point and not originally on our servers, a defense attorney could subpoena your device and hold it for inspection in the event of a trial. Since the only photos we accept reside on our servers, they can subpoena them…we have many.
We strongly suggest taking the required photos within the App, then moving away from the violation to complete the report.
