Pictures should be able to bee added in ever category whether u ate reporting a violation or suggesting a spot.

In the App, go to Suggest a Spot, move the map until you believe accessible parking should be provided, then, in the upper right choose 'Add Spot', this will open the Detail, you can provide a photo (not required) and any comments you'd like to make, then click 'Submit'.

We do allow photos to be added whether you are reporting a violation or suggesting a spot.
