They can be anywhere as long as "DV" is on the plate. Either way, all Disabled Veteran plates say so in black lettering on the bottom regardless of the style (ex. Service Branch, Metals and Ribbons, Custom lettering, etc.).

Where is the initials DV on plate?? Front/Middle or Last Does it matter??
