Ability to upload photos from device and not have to take them via the app
often people take photos of an incident using the normal camera settings on their phone as it is quicker to access.
adding the ability to upload photos from the device would help here especially as in some cases there is no internet connection ect.

have the rear camera be the default when you go to take a picture not in selfie mode. maybe it's my phone. I checked settings. there is none
when I go to take a picture of the plate or sign or it pops up in selfie mode. Then I have to hit the button to reverse it to use my rear camera. It's hard/nervous enough when you're trying to be discret. It would be easier to click Snap, click snap. instead of click the button, then hit the reverse button, then take a photo. or click the button. accidentally take a selfie. then have to redo it. cause your trying to be discret.

Multi family apartment building parking garages
Can complaints be filed for designated handicap parking spots with the private parking garage of a multi family apartment building (located in Orlando, FL). We have designated spots in our garage - you need a transponder to access the parking garage with your car - but we have REPEAT violators parking in the handicap spots and they are NOT handicapped. I’ve reported it to building and we have a periodic security services that gives “tickets” but they are not official City of Orlando parking tickets. So if I begin filing complaints here, can anything be done if in a private…

School parking handicap space
There is one handicap space at a private school and frequently I have seen an abled teacher park in the spot for convenience. That teacher doesn’t have a reason, placard or any indication she is disabled on her vehicle. Is that reportable? I have seen her do this on and off for over a year.

Pictures
Please allow me to upload pictures from my camera roll instead of only taking pics through the app. I discretely and quickly took pics of an incident with my regular camera and now I’d have to get back out to take more pics to make a violation claim.

Lifetime Disability Parking Credentials
A problem in Indiana and I’m sure everywhere is a disabled person is given credentials that don’t expire. The person receiving the credentials dies and family members continue to use the credentials while they have no mobility issues. It’s wrong, it’s fraud, and nothing is being done about this crime. Can we encourage our Federal Legislators to take a look at this problem?

Adding areas as community partners
I understand there are many places that aren't community partners. Is there a way for us to reach out to our local government officials & have them connect with you so they can be added as a community partner?

Enable users to edit declined incidents to change type or include additional photos from the device’s Photo Albums.
Once an incident is saved, we cannot make corrections. Also we cannot choose photos from our albums to generate incidents.

Why report expired/out of place placards?
I thought the idea behind this app was to make life more accessible for people with disabilities.. Why are there options for reporting people with placards? That just feels like harassing disabled people. Am I missing the purpose of those options?
