Expired Registration
Placards have expiration dates. If the registration sticker is expired, are handicap plates invalid/expired too?

If the placard is blue no. It’s long term disability which means they just need to renew it and they can get the ticket dismissed. If red then it’s a 6 month placard and temporary so yes they would be in violation.
