Enable users to edit declined incidents to change type or include additional photos from the device’s Photo Albums.
Once an incident is saved, we cannot make corrections. Also we cannot choose photos from our albums to generate incidents.

Lol chain of custody. Why not allow editing of purported violation? Why have that drop down in the first place? Takes you the same amount of time and thought to decline as it would take you to edit the category. Category has no evidentiary value.

We cannot allow reports to be altered after submission as that would constitute tampering with evidence. We also cannot accept photos that are not taken within the App as that is the only way to ensure we protect the chain of evidence and certify that photos cannot be altered...a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners.
