Ability to upload photos from device and not have to take them via the app
often people take photos of an incident using the normal camera settings on their phone as it is quicker to access.
adding the ability to upload photos from the device would help here especially as in some cases there is no internet connection ect.

Totally agree. Got some great photos but couldn’t do app report at same time seeing as driver and friends where right there

Sometimes it takes too much time to open the phone and then find the app to take the pictures. It's more efficient and safe to open the camera, take the pictures, and leave the area, especially for those of us with mobility issues who are in a vulnerable position and have to be as fast as possible. I need to report a blatant violation, but I didn't realize this app doesn't allow one to upload photos.

We are unable to accept photos that are not taken within the Parking Mobility App, or uploads or emails of pictures not taken within the Parking Mobility App because when taking the photos in the App we are also collecting all data necessary for a report as our law enforcement partners require. We also ensure photos cannot be altered, thus preserving the chain of evidence, a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners. Without this security measure, the evidence collected would not be admissible in court. Also, if the photos we collected resided on your phone or other device at any point and not originally on our servers, a defense attorney could subpoena your device and hold it for inspection in the event of a trial. Since the only photos we accept reside on our servers, they can subpoena them…we have many.
