I have seen several obvious placard abuses in my apartment area. The violators always have an excuse that the disabled person will be entering the vehicle soon. Who has time to wait for a disabled person to enter the vehicle?

Only a uniformed officer can require someone to show a placard belongs to them. With Parkung Mobility you can report obvious (not suspected) violations of the law which frees law enforcement partners to investigate those other issues.
