  1. What should you do if you get caught?

    What happens if you get caught while in the middle of taking photos of the vehicle that's parked in a disabled parking bay without a permit sighted anywhere in the vehicle and you get caught by the owner of the vehicle or by a security guard who sees you taking photos of cars.

    Because I got questioned by a security guard at a local shopping centre recently when he saw me taking photos of a car that didn't have a permit on display.

  2. Are our details disclosed to the offender?

    We supply our name and email address does the offender get this information? I recently reported someone in our school car park. Chances are they know me...I just realised they may find out who it was and 'come after' me or my children.

  3. question: after you submit the report,and status says " government enforcement" , does that mean it has been forwarded to the local police?

    do they mail tickets to the violators or is this a waste of my time and safety

  4. Allow users to edit reports if they accidentally choose the wrong violation.

    I accidentally choose the wrong violation when submitting. It would be nice to be able to edit it.

  5. How about bringing this to the Philippines?

    I'm a registered PWD from Dasmarinas City, Cavite, Philippines, and this is my first time to install this app in my smartphone. Is it possible to educate the community here regarding the accessible parking, even in our local language? Accessible parking abuse is rampant here also in the Philippines, and I hope that every PH Local Government Units here will solve the problem.

  6. Did I miss the part where there is a printed note put on car to inform the illegally parked driver not to park there? Have an example?

  7. Used in my city?

    How do I know if my city is using the app? I have submitted violations & the status has changed to "government engagement" there is also a ticket # but I don't know that these violators are being reprimanded.

  8. Add a close button for smartphone users to your site.

    Currently when accessing your site on a smart phone you have the annoying pop up message about downloading the app. Since not all your sites feature are available on the app and for some things you need to use the site. Having a close button on the pop up will allow people on smartphone to actually use the site now be blocked by the pop up. Very annoying! Can't believe your design team allowed this.

    being able to edit a spot or mark for removal if the spot is not there anymore.

  12. what about people who are harassing legitimate handicap parking citizens? how can we report them when they leave before police can arrive?

    Most police in Oklahoma will not even fill out an informational report or will say it's a civil matter whenever someone is following you around or harassing you about having valid handicap parking if they are gone by the time the police arrive.

    I understand that the photos need to be taken in the app to make sure they have not been altered. How about making the app with the ability to at least take the photos & hold them (in the app where they can't be altered) until we have time to go back & finish the report.

  14. Required information take picture send it in is take to long.Especially if family just want to move on or you can you can't get parked.

    It is not always possible to use the app at the time of event. If you only want pics from App set it up to take pictures and complete rest when convenient. On two times now my wife and I take pictures and she needs to get going for another appointment. We don't have the time to fill in all the details. One of them was a motorcycle with a man who wanted to get violent. We got the pictures but that ended up useless. Either open up the upload or add a camera function that let's you complete later.…

    I love this app & I do understand for legal reasons why the pics must be taken in the app. Once i got the hang of using it, it is very easy! My question is when the submission goes into "gov engagement" what does that mean? Did they get a ticket? And are they notified that we turned them in based on our app user name?   18. How to finish incomplete reports...?

    I took the pictures through the app and was finishing the violation report and the app shut down on me. All I needed was to hit submit, and the violation still shows as incomplete in the status tab. Is there a way to submit and finish the report? The pictures I took through the app are saved in the initial violation report.

  19. Definition of fields and descriptions needed

    Exactly what do the various fields and status information mean?
    Government involvement. Does this mean the police department is actually involved?

    Ticket#. Is this an internal application tracking number or actually a valid ticket number?

    This app really needs a HELP function not just generic terms which may or may not provide meaningful information
