photos can not be selected on my on phone
after taking required pics, can not bring back up the any of them, especially the license plate one so I can reread it to input in data field. I am using Samsung s4, t mobile, android. this is not a new problem, it has been this way for all 4 + years I have used the app. I thought it was only because of my previous cricket phone.

I think Mac has made it very clear that any pic taken outside the app will be worthless in prosecuting the violator because it could be altered (photoshopped) in some way. Those taken within the app can't be changed, so they are irrefutable evidence.
Thanks, Mac, for all you've done to make it possible for us to be a part of the improvement of access for all. -
Ashleigh,
We cannot accept photos not taken through the Parking Mobility App. We do not accept uploads. This is to ensure photos have not been altered or tampered and to protect the chain of evidence. This is a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners. It takes no longer to take the required photos with the Parking Mobility App than with your phone's onboard camera app...it just take a little practice. -

I agree! I was picking up kids from school last week and only had time to snap the pictures, not to load them all into the app at that moment. It'd be great if I could upload them! I know exactly where I took them.

As we have explained, photos taken security through the App are the only way to achieve the requirements of our law enforcement partners.
Leonard, the latest update should allow you to reopen the photos you have taken. If it is not working correctly, please contact me directly so we can get a tech working on the issue.
Thanks,

My problem exactly. The App desperately needs the ability to pull images from your camera-roll, or other photos already existing on your camera.
