If the city can take a picture and issues you a ticket why can't they do that with the picture we send in?? After all it's a private company that owns and operates the camera for the city?

I was wondering if we could get a feedback notice telling us that the report was submitted instead of just seeing the map screen afterward?.

of course it worked now

@Michael, Parking Mobility specifically addresses accessible parking only and everything in our messaging indicates such.

@Michael, I'm not sure what you're talking about. I replied to this thread in March '14. There are some comments that relate to specific account issues that we answer directly to the user.

I added a spot on the map. I just looked after the update and found the details lacking. Among other things the fact it's a handicapped spot!
When I put it in months ago I was marking a handicapped spot that was not shown on my map. Is this the only type of spot you show? If so say so!!
Thank you. -

Are you guys even looking at this part of your own App? There are ideas "Under Review" since Nov. 2013. Where are the answers?

Lee,
Our goal is to issue citations from the violations our users report. In fact, we are issuing citations in some communities and are actively negotiating with others to deploy Parking Mobility as a solution. Unfortunately not every community understands the problem of accessible parking abuse. The data you and other users submit is key to demonstrating the scope of the problem and how Parking Mobility can help address it. I understand your frustration in wanting to issue a ticket to offenders. Keep submitting reports and it will become a reality in your community sooner. -

Hi everyone I'm new on here and need a bit of help I need to change my e-mail address can anyone help with this pls

Just because someone can run into a store doesn't mean they are not disabled. A person's degree of disability is between them and their doctor. If they have the disabled hang tag or license plate, they're legit. Period.

I agree, how can we find out if our local law enforcement participates? Or can you tell us how our reports are handled? Thanks!!

Great idea but what happens to a person parked in a handicapped spot? Are they given a ticket? Is there a possibility of linking this app up with the local authorities? What more can I do to help? Thanks!

I like the new app, but it needs a "home" button from within the app. The 3 lines are known to some but not most.

If you have a mental disability you can get a hanging tag. My question is how can we tell if the person is really disable
