  4. Multi family apartment building parking garages

    Can complaints be filed for designated handicap parking spots with the private parking garage of a multi family apartment building (located in Orlando, FL). We have designated spots in our garage - you need a transponder to access the parking garage with your car - but we have REPEAT violators parking in the handicap spots and they are NOT handicapped. I’ve reported it to building and we have a periodic security services that gives “tickets” but they are not official City of Orlando parking tickets.   6. Why report expired/out of place placards?

    I thought the idea behind this app was to make life more accessible for people with disabilities.. Why are there options for reporting people with placards? That just feels like harassing disabled people. Am I missing the purpose of those options?

  9. reporting someone multiple times a day

    is there a limit to how many times we can report a person in one day? there is a person at my office who is not disabled, who leaves and returns to the same spot several times throughout the day. am I able to report them again that day?

  12. Three photos

    In Canada, we are required to have our license plates in the front of the car along with the placard which must be displayed in the front window. If we can get both those items plus the handicapped spot marked all in one pic, why must Canadians submit three?
