  1. The app should have the ability to download a photo from Apple or Google photos.

    The app as currently constituted only permits the use of the camera to capture a photo. Additional upload options should be provided.

  2. App does not select address

    Tried to enter address. Not selected. Finished report violations but could not submit due to missing address. What’s up?

  3. Handicap placement

    The last car I reported the handicap person was sitting in the car. The driver was a lady with no. Problems getting out of the car walked into the store with no problems I thought The handicap placement was non-transferable. I remarked Auby ticket thing that they are handicap was still sitting in the car. so if it’s OK for anybody to use a handicap placemat or handicap license plate and what to use for me reporting anything.

  4. All denied

    I made plenty of reports just to be denied for not taking photos within the app. I made a new violation with clear pictures using the app and denied again. Now it’s denied for "vertical sign marking space occupied required”.

    There should be a way to upload photos that were previously taken but were unable to be uploaded at the time of the violation.

  7. Mobility parking

    I have reported numerous parking violations, the situation is not getting better, it’s getting worse. People Still think they can park with disabled veterans plates or people ignore it all together and park anyway. Reporting these violations seem useless. There is no enforcement. When is we going to see a change?

  9. Declined Submission??

    I submitted a violation on 20 Jul 23 that was “declined” because the placard on the pole was not visible. The vehicle is a Minivan, and due to the height of the vehicle, the sign on the post designating the space is not readily visible, but if you zoom in on my picture of the rear of the vehicle, you can see the sign thru the rear window, as well as the disabled designation painted on the asphalt.

  12. Does this app report TXDOT DMV?

    Does this app report to TXDOT / DMV IT used to but I got a message not enrolled in Texas. So what’s up with that? I work with a lot of veterans online that are disabled and have the same problems every disabled person does, parking spaces clearly marked used as loading / unloading or quick trip into the store, pregnant woman too lazy to walk steps family members using grandma’s handicapped tag / car with plates on it. Clearly NOT disabled how about being able to take video and sent it to the state when we see young healthy…

  13. parking violations for people who park in spot marked for law enforcement parking only.

    walmart has spots marked specific for law enforcement to park in and others will park in those spots.

  14. I work with 4 military DV that have no mobility isuues (ie sleep apnea, reduce hearing). DV places SHOULD NOT mean handicap.

    I think more people will participate in reporting these violator’s. Some people aren’t going to notice without bringing in extra income because technically, it’s not their job…but, they will definitely download this app and make daily reports if they were getting a percentage from the reports.

  17. Does this reporting really help

    I have used this app on a regular basis. I keep seeing and reporting the same vehicles being parked illegally in handicap parking spots. When we report the violations through this app , what is really done after our input ?

  18. Paint vs. Vertical sign

    I reported a vehicle parked over a spot clearly marked with a painted wheelchair symbol and adjacent ramp but was denied because of no vertical pole signage. Why wasn’t this a reportable violation?

    If the operator of the vehicle returns part way through the process and becomes aggressive or violent, is there a way to immediately contact emergency services OR note threats and aggressive behaviors?
