    I live in Nipomo, California in a community with monthly evening entertainment. At that time people come in and park everywhere, even in the handicapped spots. I have spoken to the police and the say responsibility lies with the property owner, not the police. What gives?

  3. Pictures should be able to be added/ uploaded from camera memory after leaving the lot in case u dont feel safe or dont have time right then
