  1. I work with 4 military DV that have no mobility isuues (ie sleep apnea, reduce hearing). DV places SHOULD NOT mean handicap.

    As of January 1, 2022, Texans has changed so she must have mobility problems with it with DV played you that I have the as a symbol or a placard do use handicap parking

  2. what about people who are harassing legitimate handicap parking citizens? how can we report them when they leave before police can arrive?

    I get this when I’m on my Harley trike. I carry disabled veteran plates on all my vehicles with Marine Corps designation. While Texas disabled veteran car and truck plates have “DV” in the number, motorcycle plates do not nor do they include a handicap symbol. People often don’t see the “Disabled Veteran “ on the bottom line of the plate. I calmly point it out to them and it usually then leads to a pleasant conversation.
