My problem is when it is obvious someone is using a someone else’s handicapped placard. I had 4 teenage boys park in a spot at Walmart and they were using mom’s placard. They told me they weren’t disabled and mom told them they could use it. I know this is a slippery slope but it’s frustrating because I have seen this happen multiple times. When someone parks in the spot and RUNS in the store, they are not deserving of the placard!!
