    I'm my brother's care provider and, if needed, will park in the disability spots when I plan to drive him places. He has a hard time walking long distances and isn't aware enough of dangerous traffic. He doesn't know to stop walking when cars are coming. While a lot of people do abuse spots, please keep in mind that you may not have the full picture all the time!
