  1. more of a question, than a idea. if a person is showing a out of state hang tag on their Texas registered vehicle. Is that reportable?

    It is legal. Cause a disability tag is associated with a person not the registered vehicle. Just like other states honor out if state drivers license so to do they honor out of sate disability tags. As long as not expired

    A hang tag is associated with a person not a specific vehicle. Just as a drivers license is hindered no mater what state you are in so is a disability car tag.
