    As someone with invisible disabilities who has had a plackard since I was 25 I am disappointed that so many people think "guilty till proven innocent" of THE HANDICAP is ok. I know people use them illegally but to say I should get tickets and have to take time energy and money to go "prove my innocence" ... news flash...that's a big effort and inconvenience for handicap people.
