    Mr. Mash,
    It's now been 5 months since I reported that violation. The status hasn't changed. I'm curious if anything was done.

    How do I know if the violator was ticketed? When I go to status, it still shows "Government Engagement". It was submitted on Oct 12, 2016 and the violator's location was in Houston, TX (Harris County). How long does the process take?
