Definition of fields and descriptions needed
Exactly what do the various fields and status information mean?
Government involvement. Does this mean the police department is actually involved?
Ticket#. Is this an internal application tracking number or actually a valid ticket number?
This app really needs a HELP function not just generic terms which may or may not provide meaningful information

There is no status of 'Government Involvement'. Reports in 'Government Engagement' status are actually the most important report status. They are the reports being used as part of the data we are gathering to prove the extent of accessible parking abuse and the need for our full enforcement and education program to your community's leaders. Without your reports your community won’t do anything about accessible parking abuse and the problem will never be solved.
As we have several partner communities and statuses are set by community, it is not feasible to list all of the statuses that reports could be in. The email that is sent to the reporting volunteer after every report explains exactly what is being done with that report and indicates if the report is submitted in a partner community or if it is more importantly a report we are using to get your community on board.

What does "government engagement" mean? Does this mean my city is "a user" and this will be addressed. So just that you sent a notice to them?

Thank you for your suggestion. I will discuss with our team that we add a legend in the web app that better describes statuses. As to the ticket number, every report is assigned a ticket number for internal tracking.
