    There’s no expectation to privacy in public so it would be a far stretch to grab my phone in addition to your servers but I get that I wouldn’t want to go through the hassle to prove it. You might beat the wrap but you won’t avoid the ride.

    So it’s not really an app problem it’s your city not wanting to engage. When the app does work my city will issue a summons.

  3. I know you can't allow the use of pictures taken outside of your app, but you could allow all 3 pictures to be taken in a single category
