Camera Roll import
Is there any reason why your app doesn't allow someone to import a photo that was taken using the Apple camera instead of the one in your app?
Because I couldn't borough down and find your app in time and I use the much quicker easier to use Apple camera two people got away with parking in handicap spot!

I took pictures before I discovered this app. It would have been great if I could have selected the photos from the gallery on my phone. Going forward I can take photos in the app.

This requires a person to stay at the incident longer than necessary and could cause undo confrontation with the violator. We need to be able to take the pictures quickly and access them at a safe distance!

We only allow photos that are taken from within the Parking Mobility App. This is a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners as we collect all other data necessary for a report while you take the photos. We also ensure photos cannot be altered and preserve the chain of evidence. We try to measure the ease of use for our volunteers with the requirements of all other community partners and feel the Parking Mobility App best meets all needs and requirements.
