Upload Pics from Camera Roll
It's hard for me to get around quickly to take all three required pictures, and if the person parked illegally sees me and wants a confrontation I can't exactly run.
Please allow the ability to upload from camera roll instead of using the picture taken then and there, add a time specification if necessary.

As we've stated, photos and reports must be taken using the Parking Mobility App. We do not accept photos not submitted through the App. This ensures photos have not been altered and preserves the chain of evidence as well as allowing the App to collect all data necessary for a report. This is a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners. The App is easy to use and discrete. Most reports take less than a minute to take the photos. You can then leave the area and complete the other aspects of the report from a location where you feel safe.

John,
Our law enforcement partners take security of data and chain of evidence very seriously, as do we. The reality is, once you get used to reporting violations using the Parking Mobility App, it takes no longer to take the 3 required photos with the App than it does using your phone's camera app. And without the data collected by the App, the photos alone are not sufficient. I'm sorry if you feel it is inconvenient. We try to weigh the requirements and needs of all stakeholders in building the very best, most efficient program possible.Mack Marsh

Rationale is understandable, but unfortunately, the safeguards put in place still do not account for many settings that inherently prevent some of the worst offenses from being reported. It's really irrelevant how much the makers of this App convince themselves that it's foolproof, this policy results in under reporting.
