    I took photos fifteen minutes before I could download the app on my new phone. Why can I not import pictures from my gallery?

    Walt, its true that a violation is a violation but to ensure we collect all of the necessary data as well as protect the chain of evidence, photos and reports must be submitted through the Parking Mobility App. This is a requirement of our law enforcement and judicial partners.

    I agree a violation is a violation it doesn't matter how the pictures are imported or taken
