Declined Submission??
I submitted a violation on 20 Jul 23 that was “declined” because the placard on the pole was not visible. The vehicle is a Minivan, and due to the height of the vehicle, the sign on the post designating the space is not readily visible, but if you zoom in on my picture of the rear of the vehicle, you can see the sign thru the rear window, as well as the disabled designation painted on the asphalt.

You need to be able to download photos from camera roll of violations sometimes it is easy to take the pictures at the time of incident but not enough time to submit the report at the location. So it’d be nice if we could submit the violation when we had the time to do it when we got home.

My submission was denied because the placard could be seen. I added in the comment section that the placard had been altered. Stickers covered the issuing agency and expiration date. Additionally the expiration punched into the placard expired in 2021.
Is there a way to have this decision reviewed? -
In order for us to accept a report there must be at least one photo clearly showing the vertical sign marking the space. This s a requirement of our judicial and prosecutorial partners. Sometimes you may have to take the photo from an angle in the case of larger vehicles.
