Help.
I just tried to submit my first violations (2) but it would not take them. Said needed to know what type when it was already selected. What did I do wrong?????

Hmm. We don't force a violation type. The App defaults to parked with no plate or placard if you don't select a type. Try doing a test report, just put TEST in the license plate. you can email directly to support@parkingmobility.com if you continue having issues and we'll get a tech to you.
