A legend on the app that explains at what status your report is in, i.e. What does government engagement mean?

I have tried to log in at the provided line but all I get is a message to download the app which I already have. I have tried and tried but it won't let me do anything like view the legend which is mainly what I am trying to do.

Based on what I just saw on the full web site there are no explanations there either

Thanks Renee. because we have limited screen space and try to keep things as 'uncluttered' as possible, we can't really put a legend in the mobile App. If you log into your account online (www.parkingmobility.com/login) you can see way more detail of each report including status details.
