I think more people will participate in reporting these violator’s. Some people aren’t going to notice without bringing in extra income because technically, it’s not their job…but, they will definitely download this app and make daily reports if they were getting a percentage from the reports.

I’m not even sure how to respond to this ridiculousness. How about the common courtesy of helping someone or many people. If money was available to “reward” someone why wouldn’t it be used for something more productive? This right here is the problem, a society that believes they are entitled. Seriously there is no kindness left in anyone to do something for free. I bet I could go thru everyone’s life and find plenty of time to make a report or two a month. **** probly even 1 report a day.
