Paint vs. Vertical sign
I reported a vehicle parked over a spot clearly marked with a painted wheelchair symbol and adjacent ramp but was denied because of no vertical pole signage. Why wasn’t this a reportable violation?

Also forgot to mention do you know how many signs are zip tied to a garden stake and stand 28 inches tall ? So not visible when a vehicle is parked in front of it. Are we aware that our chairs do not traverse everywhere feet do? So it’s absolutely possible that the wheelchair user out by themselves doesn’t have anyone to help them get the pictures.

Lawyer jargon. Simple brain power tells you that paint on the pavement is plenty of signage. There isn’t a driver out there that doesn’t know what a blue painted wheelchair looks like. Do you have a wheelchair ? No! Don’t park here. Or 🤔 there’s only 2 spaces out of 100 that are blue I guess that means that spot is not for me. How many signs lay in the bushes because owners don’t care about the sign they see paint on pavement like everyone else. Landscapers, plows, bad drivers knock them down and there they stay. Anywhere you look you’ll find a bunch of people parking where they don’t belong and then throwing hands up in the air and saying “ how was I supposed to know” I didn’t see the sign. I didn’t see the lines. Sounds like your vision needs fixed or you don’t need a license.
