I was sited by Mr Marsh for blocking a ramp in San Marcos TX. I admit that yes I did go over the handicap parking space line and into the striped area. I also have to say that yes I have disabled vet plates. The thing is when I drove into the spot the car next to me was over the line and the old couple driving the car where having **** getting into it, thus I was forced to park where I did to give them room. This is where even a police officer would use discretion. I am getting ahead of myself here but I had never heard of parking mobility nor had I ever heard that I could get cited for parking the way I did. Why is it that the person taking the pictures only took 2 pictures could it be because I was still in my silver Silverado pickup waiting till they got out of the way so I could straighten up. Mr Marsh you are a quadriplegic with straight hair why is it that the person who cited me was tall enough to take a picture that was level with my tailgate protector? Why is it that the shadow of the person taking the picture has curly hair? Why is it that the same person was not in a wheel chair as apparent in the shadow of the two pictures taken? Why is that you electronically signed off on the citation under possible penalty of perjury when you clearly did not take the pictures in question? Hope to see you soon in court.
